I experienced v.good care from UC to fracture clinic, to physio. UC & AE have blue lighters going to the head of the queues, so waits can be inevitable. Would be nice if there was a proper path / zebra cross down from the prison side bus stops. Some interior signage needs to be unified e.g Physio from Main Entrance is like Pacman.

Went in on 15th march through A&E with acute appendicitis. It took a while, but I was so well looked after, CT scanned and admitted to SEAU the on to Greetwell ward, I had an appendectomy on Monday, the care I have received by all the staff was outstanding, can’t thank them enough. Very grateful, I was in a lot of pain.

I wish to thank Dr Kelvin Kong, Consultant Stroke Physician and his secretary Shiono (sorry for spelling). Our first consultation with him was very good and informative. He listened and explained to us, nothing was too much trouble. Everything he said he would do was done very quickly. His secretary kept us informed all the way with telephone calls before letters were received. I can’t express how much we appreciated this. Well done NHS first consultation with D

Had to go in this week for day surgery, I cannot praise all the staff enough for their wonderful care and friendliness. I was warmly greeted at the Day Surgery Lounge, and by very friendly and jovial staff in theatre, which helped ease my anxiety. All the nursing staff on the ward after the procedure were very friendly and caring. I could not have asked for better care. Thank you to everyone .

I had to visit the A and E department today after a fall that ended up with me dislocated my shoulder. I have never felt pain like it in my life. Once my wife had got me to the A and E department and checked in, the doctor called me in within 5 minutes, then sent me for a X-ray straight away, 5 minutes after that I was with one of the senior doctors, who told me I had dislocated my shoulder. The doctor said he will put my joint back into its socket , the doctor gave me some Gas and air and nicely put my joint back into its socket. The doctor sent me back for another X-ray to confirm the joint was correctly back in place, after confirming he was happy with my shoulder. The doctor advised me of what I should do to help my shoulder to recover and said I could go home. Can I THANK the staff in the A and E department. They were amazing and so professional. I can not remember the doctor’s name, but he was so professional and caring his knowledgeable outstanding. So please except my appreciation and thanks and in my hour of need. Thank you. The ENT urgent care provided excellent service, stopping the bleeding twice with kindness and compassion. I’m truly grateful for their care. Thanks Dr Ramadan. The A&E doctors, nurses, and urgent care team were incredibly kind and compassionate throughout. However, the long wait during the night was not ideal for a patient who was trying to recover.

We attended A&E with our 2 year old granddaughter - the children’s doctor was marvellous. She spent time getting to win her over and used every method not to stress or make her anxious - the doctor discovered our grandchild had tonsillitis which several doctors appointments had missed. It was a huge relief to get her treated with a high temperature.

Cardiac appointment (26 11) Prof Roebuck, appointment 0915 seen 0917 excellent. Everything explained carefully, medication altered,letter dictated, appointments made there and then. Excellent communication skills and knowledge perfect. Made a possible distressing appointment easy and understandable. Thank you.

Recently underwent surgery at Lincoln Hospital and I truly cannot say a single bad thing about the whole experience. From biopsies to surgery, everything went really well. Great, communicative staff that explained everything perfectly. Everyone was super nice, waiting times weren’t bad at all. The doctors and nurses were amazing and did a great job.

My daughter recently had a baby at LCH , the baby needed a stay on the NICU , the staff on NICU and on the Post Natal ward were simply exceptional . Thank you, my daughter/granddaughter had great care. Written by a Paramedic based not in this region.
